First, I went to my nearest Toyota dealership who would not work with me on a deal. Then I reached out to Hall in VA Beach. I visited on a Sunday and worked with Ray and Anthony, who instantly were willing not work with me on a deal. Then I reached out to Hall in VA Beach. I recently had an altercation with a deer that resulted in some front-end damage. Since collision repair can take months to complete, I went to Hall Toyota in VA Beach to see if there was an opportunity to in some front-end damage. Since collision repair can take months to complete, I went to Hall Toyota in VA Beach to see if there was an opportunity to trade it in for another used Toyota. I worked with Alison Lummis who was a miracle worker. She had a used Rav4 on the lot in great condition, the same year as mine, with fewer miles - and the beautiful color of Merlot (which became its name). Alison was not only committed but genuinely happy for me and fun to work with. She worked closely with her manager, Anthony Parker to get me a very fair trade-in value, and the finance manager, Tegen Titus worked with the bank and DMV to make my involvement painless. Allison and her team were able to make the entire transaction seamless, and I was able to drive home with my new 'used' car the same day. Thank you, Allison, I really appreciate your commitment! I was a delight to shop for a car at Hall Toyata in Virginia Beach.I sales rep.wasnt in at the time of our arrival but Jake devine,Megan Douda,and Mike Manalo assitisted us very well.There was not alot Virginia Beach.I sales rep.wasnt in at the time of our arrival but Jake devine,Megan Douda,and Mike Manalo assitisted us very well.There was not alot of pressure or crowding us as we shopped the lot. She’s knowledgeable, personable, incredibly helpful, and a fun person to work with. And did I say No Pressure! I stopped in to the dealership one day on a whim; I was in the market for a 4-Runner but I was still in the “just looking” phase, Plus, as I looked on-line, I hadn’t been able to find anything that had the features I wanted AND was in my price range. Enter Ali. We discussed my wish-list, toured the cars on the lot, and took a test drive in one. Nothing quite fit. She suggested that there could be something en route that I might be interested in. So, as she searched her database, we talked a lot so she was able to get a good idea of exactly what I wanted and how we could make it work within my budget. I won’t say she’s a miracle worker, but I do think she has a magic wand! We found the perfect vehicle, color, trim, etc. AND big key here, managed to get it into my budget. Well, I never really expected to do this, but I put a deposit on the car and then waited for it to come I’m. Ali continued to remain in touch and kept me informed of where the car was in the process. Next thing I knew, I received a text saying that it was on a truck heading to the dealership. When it arrived, she sent me a video of so I could see a 360 of the vehicle inside and out. Absolutely great customer service! Great person. I feel that I didn’t just buy a car, but made a friend along the way. More
