We had a major problem with our Lincoln Continental. It took them awhile to figure it out, it wasn't an easy fix kind of problem but they kept at it and finally discovered the problem. I stopped in to get my oil changed at Lithia. I no sooner stepped into the office to talk to the service engineer and they were pulling my pickup in to start work on it. The oil change took roughly 4 sooner stepped into the office to talk to the service engineer and they were pulling my pickup in to start work on it. The oil change took roughly 45 minutes like they had told me but they had found another issue with the pickup. The steering dampner had a leak in it. They were hoping to have the pickup up for a few days but since I was from out of town they pushed the pickup infront of others vehicles and got me up and running in a matter of hours. Very good service department. More

I have a brand new car that has been in the shop more than I have had it. No one is able to find the problem for over a month now. Had to bring in our Escape for a recall issue. Teddy had us drop off the car Friday night to ensure that the car would be done by end of business Saturday.
