We were very pleased with how Arlington Heights Ford treated us with courtesy and respect. We purchased this car from out of state (Iowa) and they were willing to hold it for us for a $1,000 deposit. They removed a tracking device that we had not agreed to purchase. The car was in better shape than we expected, as they did some body work that fixed some blemishes that were on the photos. It was detailed well. Our salesman, Sam was particularly helpful. Buying a car can come with lots of anxiety and Sam's quiet spirit and patience in talking things through was excellent. More

Israel the GSM greeted me the moment I walked in, Cassie and Brian at the front desk and then the owner and his friendly dog Buddy!!! I couldn’t believe I was at a car dealership!! I felt at home. To finish off the experience, Teddy the finance manager was not pushy but got me through the hardest part of the purchase and he made me feel like I could do anything. I would tell everyone I know to go to Arlington heights ford for the welcome feeling I had walking through this place. Everyone was saying hi, shaking my hand introducing themselves, and just smiling and looked so happy to help anyone who came in. More
