Stressful Went in to buy a new Rav the one we bault broke down within 24 hours took it back got a terrible loaner car that stunk so bad.they replaced the fueler Went in to buy a new Rav the one we bault broke down within 24 hours took it back got a terrible loaner car that stunk so bad.they replaced the fueler neck and that dident fix it so back to the dealership they said they had to order a fuel tank and they gave me a different loaner still have no idea what was wrong with the suv so they ordered me a new suv identical to the one we bault although this experience was a night mare we realize it was not there fault and they gave us a good deal I would think something more could of been done for us having to go there and deal with this on a brand new suv. More

Overall a good dealership and people Purchased a car with a trade and cash. Got a fair price for the trade and got the car I wanted. Would have been less stressful if they would have allo Purchased a car with a trade and cash. Got a fair price for the trade and got the car I wanted. Would have been less stressful if they would have allowed me to give them a significant deposit to hold the car for a couple days so I didn’t have to worry about it being sold, but that is against their policy. Also would have been nice to have spent less time in the dealerships when I went in to make the purchase. My least favorite place in the world might be a car dealership and I feel as though they should have been able to get me in and out quicker on a cash deal. Also the price was firm and they would not deal at all even with a cash deal. More
