We thought about turning around and heading back to the dealership, but decided to continue on to see if putting more air into the tires would solve the problem. This didn't fix it, so we immediately called Byers when we got home. Update: After a bit of a runaround with the sales team, someone from Buyers PR contacted us and solved the problem. More
