I had to pay for an oil change that I called in about having $60 for being apart of the Loyalty program. I got an email about the discount. I called to confirm and said to the rep that I received an ema having $60 for being apart of the Loyalty program. I got an email about the discount. I called to confirm and said to the rep that I received an email and can I show the email to use towards my service. The rep said yes and that she would add it to my appointment. I get there, they complete the services, I tried to pull out my phone so they could use the email info. He said " you were suppose to have the actual flyer". I had to pay out of pocket. I was disappointed because no one said it had to be a flyer. More

This dealership was clean and very welcoming by the staff. Well informed staff. The Cafeteria area was great with good food and great coffee.
