6 out of the 10 cars we have purchased since moving to South Carolina have been purchased from Fred Anderson Toyota. 2 of the 10 of them in last few month. The last 2 purchased we had a great sales consultant Eric Peterson. We are always greet with a smile and they go out of their way to answer any question we may have. They are not like most dealerships where they try and pressure you into purchasing. Thank you Fred Anderson!!!! More

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences ever. Taylor was very helpful and easy to work with. He answered any questions that I had and was never pushy. I’ve been looking for a vehicle for a while. Working with Taylor has been a pleasure. However after talking with Blake on this last trip in i was spoken down to and told to go look at a Ford. I was not rude Taylor has been a pleasure. However after talking with Blake on this last trip in i was spoken down to and told to go look at a Ford. I was not rude and had my husband been with me i doubt i would have received the same treatment. We are a Toyota Family and that was the last thing i expected during my trip where i was fully prepared to make a purchase. It was disappointing to say the least. While Blake may not have liked my starting point i simply expected for him to say i’m sorry that is not going to work for us. I would have been good with that. But going to the point of talking down to me and telling me to go look at Fords was both insulting and disappointing. I expected better. Prior this this experience we have had excellent service from Fred Anderson. I hope others have a positive experience. If you are female shopping for a vehicle i recommend speaking with one of the other sales managers. More

I would highly recommend Taylor for all your needs. I visited the dealer for the third time in four years hoping to roll from my 2018 4runner into a 2021 4runner. Taylor and I walked their lot but did no visited the dealer for the third time in four years hoping to roll from my 2018 4runner into a 2021 4runner. Taylor and I walked their lot but did not find a good match. Instead, he located a 4runner due to arrive in a week; there was no pressure to purchase something in inventory. We reviewed the numbers to make sure the roll worked. I really appreciated how he allowed me to swap custom TRD parts off my existing 4runner and saved me alot of money. When the pickup day arrived everything was ticked and tied. Throughout the process, I found Taylor would return my calls within an hour. When you need a new vehicle, make sure to ask for Taylor! More

Excellent buying experience. No pressure, just very helpful This was my second purchase from Fred Anderson. Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth This was my second purchase from Fred Anderson. Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth the experience whether it's buying a car or getting it serviced. On this particular occasion, I came back 3 times before finally deciding on which RAV4 to buy. All I can say is that the salesman who sold me the car; Taylor Dunn, was just a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, he helped me get my Android hooked up so I could use Google maps and Waze and he was just a really helpful. The manager I worked with was Don Hesher and he helped me work out a very reasonable deal that I was satisfied with. It's what the car buying experience hould be: I felt I got a reasonable trade-in for my Prius and got a pretty nice discount on the RAV4. I'm sure they made their profit so we all went home happy. More
