Worst experience. Car sold to me was used, had scratches and a dent. It was not cleaned either; but instead cleaning products and a bucket provided for me to clean the Car sold to me was used, had scratches and a dent. It was not cleaned either; but instead cleaning products and a bucket provided for me to clean the supposedly “new” car. I will never visit this dealership AGAIN periodt. Thank you Tatiana, Micheal Bolling and the leadership team for this saddening experience. More

Rahsaan was extremely kind and great in assessing what was important to me in my search for a new car. He was very accommodating and everyone was considerate of time. Tatiana was lovely on the phone and p was important to me in my search for a new car. He was very accommodating and everyone was considerate of time. Tatiana was lovely on the phone and put me on the schedule right away and chris handles the finance portion with great explanation while also being timely. You can tell the culture of the cool springs location is wonderful and all the team genuinely seems to enjoy their jobs! More

We were looking for a specific color and package. Genesis concierge set us up with Cool Springs and Joe found our perfect car.
