Horrible communication Took delivery of the car and emailed about water etching on the paint. The owner didn't respond to emails and the dealer would assume no responsibility for the problem. I must have sent them 6 emails and got one reply from Victor and he just made excuses for the problem. He offered no resolution to the problem. I have taken this matter into my own hands! Zero follow up from anyone after delivery. Would have been great if sales advisor called to check with me and see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. Zero, Zero communications. Service manager lied to me about a known issue with X5 prior to purchase and that is a dimming issue on the instrument cluster and IDrive screen. He stated if you tinted the windshield you would have this problem. I had no intensions of tinting the windshield. I asked him if I tinted the side windows if this would cause dimming of the screens and he said no. Got the side windows tined and sure enough the screens dim during the day. Took the X5 to the dealer and spoke with service manager and he walked his earlier statement back and said that any tint on windows would cause this. The bottom line is once you take delivery of a new SUV/Car the dealer could care less. This is horrible business and this all happened during the Pandemic. You would think the dealer would have tried to resolve my problem but no, once you on the highway that is the end of the relationship. More

Took delivery of a $150k M8 with non functioning a/c. Returned it immediately. I would have thought given the price of the car and the fact it was brand new they would have tried to repair it quickly o Returned it immediately. Ive had to chase after the service dept for updates and even then I’m still not exactly sure where things stand with the car. More
