Tire replacement Service was good as far as replacing my tire...:however the technician lost my wheel lock tool,.. now when I return for my plates I have to have all 4 Service was good as far as replacing my tire...:however the technician lost my wheel lock tool,.. now when I return for my plates I have to have all 4 wheel locks replaced... sad that a tech can’t come to me with a cordless impact tool and replace those wheel locks...I hope I don’t get a flat More

VERY! VERY ! Nice. Sooo much better than the new Ford I just purchased new Ford 5 months ago. I did not like it at all. Rick, Jason and Bob stayed after hours,(3) to make sale. I won't take my car to any other dealership I won't take my card and the other dealership. I purchased my car here and I have had it serviced here for everything. I am able to use the same serv I won't take my card and the other dealership. I purchased my car here and I have had it serviced here for everything. I am able to use the same service technician every time I bring my car in. I like being familiar with the person working on my car. More

Sunnyside Service is the new Sears of causing damage Our cars drive belt broke on Thursday and we had the car towed in. On Friday they said the repair bill for the drive belt, bar, and seal was $788. T Our cars drive belt broke on Thursday and we had the car towed in. On Friday they said the repair bill for the drive belt, bar, and seal was $788. Then on Monday they call me and say "After the vehicle sat for the weekend, the battery was dead and had to be jump started." Now since they killed my battery they want to charge me and additional $200.00. We canceled the repairs and I had the car towed to Xtreme Performance in North Ridgeville. The same repairs are $300.00 cheaper even with the added tow. This used to be a good place, now they practicing deceptive and fraudulent practices. The demise and closing of poor dealerships starts somewhere, they used to be good, but now they are on the slope to cheat people and should soon be going the way of the dodo bird. One of the salespeople heard me complain and said he would get the manager. I waited 20 minutes he did not have the integrity to come out and see me. More
