Once again Crown Jaguar rocks. Just picked up my new 2020 F-Pace SVR, something I have wanted for quite a while. And I finally got it thanks to Kat Syakov. She went above and beyond in managing the buyout of F-Pace SVR, something I have wanted for quite a while. And I finally got it thanks to Kat Syakov. She went above and beyond in managing the buyout of my 2018 F-Type lease, so I could get the SVR. There were times that I thought, man, she's even more excited than i was at times. Her professionalism and her can do attitude just exemplify the Crown Jaguar team and their attention to the customer and detail. She even volunteered to move all my JUNK from the old to new car LoL. She is a huge credit and asset to the dealership, and would highly recommend using her as YOUR Sales & Leasing Consultant. I have bought many Jaguars from crown, but to date, she has been the best sales consultant I have worked with. More

I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep and Talas was very pleasant, easy going and ultimately got me the deal that I felt comfortable with. Within a week of the sale, I noticed something unusual while driv pleasant, easy going and ultimately got me the deal that I felt comfortable with. Within a week of the sale, I noticed something unusual while driving the Jeep, that led me to believe that there might be an issue with the transmission. It felt like it was slipping in and out of gear. Ultimately, Karl Peterson, my salesman, figured out the problem by searching online. It turned out not to be trans after all, but a replacement of the shocks and coil turned out to be the fix it needed. The service department took care of this quickly. The Jeep now runs smoothly. I really appreciated both Talas and Karl helping me out by having this service done on their tab even thought it wasn't a part of the power train warranty. Thanks again. (next time it will be a Jag. lol) More
