The salesman Hugo did not let me test drive the truck but for a few minutes and I was only given 1 key and was given a run around before I had to call general manager to resolve the problem. I feel I should for a few minutes and I was only given 1 key and was given a run around before I had to call general manager to resolve the problem. I feel I should have more time to inspect and drive a vehicle that I might potentially be purchasing. The salesman needs to work on his customer service and sales techniques. Because of his actions and inactions, He is not a salesman that I would recommend if someone wants to purchase a vehicle. The sales manager is attempting to correct all issues, this is my experience dealing with Hugo Ayala. More
