Very good dealer experience! Which was very nice since I had a very bad experience at Royal Gate dodge in the past! Their price on my 2011 Silverado was amazing which is why I traveled 48 miles to deal wit had a very bad experience at Royal Gate dodge in the past! We haggled a little on the price and payments, but one thing that impressed me was their professionalism thru it all. I've dealt with others in the past who were quite rude. We were so impressed with the no-haggle pricing and with Joe's personality that even after we compared prices with another dealer in the area, we came back to make our purchase with Joe. Since the vehicle we were interested in had a sunroof (which I was totally uninterested in), Joe and the sales manager offered a selling price that was reduced by the cost of the sunroof. Overall, we feel we received a very fair deal with very little haggling necessary. More

Mike showed me cars he had available and as my interests took us places he helped provide the possibilities. What a deal! This dealership is one class act. Our first Cadillac was a 1963. To give you an idea of how many we have owned over the years. All were purchased from Cadillac dealers.This dealership ,and these employees beat them all in every way. Found the car on the internet,and called for more details. Brad and Cort assured us that it would be worth it to drive the 275 miles to the Dealership. The transaction was basically done over the phone, including our trade in ,which they had never seen. When we arrived they rolled out the Red Carpet, just as Brad said they would. Everything was exactly as they said it would be, no surprises ,no changes. Just can't say enough about these three folks and the Dealership. They are absolutely the best. Would highly recommend them ( already have ) to anyone. Wish we had known about them before now. This was the most pleasant and enjoyable buying experience we have EVER had. Love these wonderful people. More

Our salesman, Chris Ringkamp did an excellent job and we bought the truck because he was professional, courteous and had excellent follow-up. Our experience in finance with Sveta and in Service with Jeff Lewis, John and Service Tech, Al were also very positive. We would purchase another car/truck from Chris at Elco and would recommend Elco based on our experience. More
