Came to 417 nissian to get my car fixed as it was under warranty. I went ti gatineau as it was the closest dealership, it took for 5k km of my warranty for thrm to tell me nothing was wrong with my car yet warranty. They changed a couple parts but the issues never was resolved. I went to 417 nissian they knew the problem right away within an hr. They were able to get me in the next week. They got my car in on a Friday They were great at communicating with me all day answered me when I called maybe 1 too many times. They realized the work was going to be a much bigger issue than they realized. The fact they actually knew the issue and were actively trying ti fix the issues compared to gatineau make a big difference. They had to give me a loaner car as the car wasn't finished in time which was great. Took them till Wed to get it all fixed which wasn't an issue the fact they actually fixed the issues and ahd ti fix gatineaus mistakes jusg goes ti show they know what they are doing. More
