Steven gave me a no BS assessment of what my trade situation was looking like over the phone and my wife and I went down there. The selection is very good and there is always at least one car on the lot that perfectly fits our needs. Steven shows you the cars. He talks numbers. He is also the finance guy. We walked in one office and walked out with a set of keys. If you are thousands of dollars apart on what you are trying to accomplish, chances are that you likely aren't going to get where you need to be. Negotiation is generally hundreds of dollars and it was this time, as well. I remember when this was a dirt lot dealership. Even with their gorgeous new building, they still run like a Mom and Pop shop. I never feel like something is going to be slipped on a contract. What you see is what you get. The lot does have quite a few dealer buybacks. They are up front about which ones are and which ones aren't and even though the cars mostly come from auctions, they are able to give a ton of detail on what the issue was. The cars are always repaired and covered under warranty. More

kdubb88 I have never purchased from a local dealer before, but I was referred to LeSeuer by a co-worker who had bought a small handful of cars from them over I have never purchased from a local dealer before, but I was referred to LeSeuer by a co-worker who had bought a small handful of cars from them over the years. I took the drive from North Peoria to Tempe one evening to get a feel for this dealer. I was surprised to see the stock of cars that they had on site and more impressed with the first impression of the staff. I was connected up with Steven for the initial discussion and offered a test drive instantly. I was impressed that LeSeuer let me drive the vehicle without a dealer employee going with. Not being from the area, I asked what is a good route to take for the drive and they provided me with a turn by turn description of where I was going and how to easily get back. I returned the next evening with the family and test drove the vehicle again. The purchase experience was the most honest and straight forward interaction that I could have imagined. Every document, web site used for the transaction was viewable and I could see every number that was inputted for the deal. Every number was explained in detail and there was never an instance where, the salesman had to go back to the managers office and come back some new deal. Everything was up front and completely an open book. I have already referred another friend to visit LeSeuers web site to see the vast amount of vehicles that they carry. Independent Dealership FTW!!! I found this dealership off of Craigslist and I was a little skeptical since I have never heard of them before. From the beginning it was a great expe I found this dealership off of Craigslist and I was a little skeptical since I have never heard of them before. From the beginning it was a great experience. As soon as I put in my request to test drive the car via Craigslist I was contacted and able to set up an appointment the next day. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the car I wanted to test drive was on route to the parking lot where I took it out for a spin. The test drive was different than I was used to because I was able to drive the car with no sales representative in the car with me. It really gave me time to assess the car and drive without someone chatting my ear out. I ended up getting the car I wanted for a really reasonable price! Overall, I recommend them to anyone in the market for a car!! Check them out! More

Great experience 5 stars for these guys! Over the period of a couple weeks, I dealt with 3 diff folks from the family and all were great! When one car didn't work out, 5 stars for these guys! Over the period of a couple weeks, I dealt with 3 diff folks from the family and all were great! When one car didn't work out, we moved to the next. When that one sold, we moved to another and landed on a great Genesis 5.0. When I needed a ride to get to the dealer so I could drive the new car home, they came and got me without hesitation. Finally, after some pre-work during the day, the final stop at LeSueur to purchase was painless and less than 20 minutes. Thanks guys!! More

Several days later, when I'd decided I wanted to buy the car, I called Steven to let him know when I saw and test drove the car I was interested in.
