I had the pleasure of working with Steven last week to purchase a 2017 Prius. We made a couple visits, one to drive the car and a second to purchase. I though the sales team and specifically Steven did a good job of explaining about the car and the different parts of the deal. I'm upset that part of the deal I discussed, building the tax into the deal good job of explaining about the car and the different parts of the deal. I'm upset that part of the deal I discussed, building the tax into the deal, was missed or ignored and I ended up spending $4k more than I anticipated. I would not have made as large of a down payment but due to this mistake I have had to budget differently. This miscommunication and cost to myself is the reason I wouldn't recommend this dealership for purchase. More
