Within the radius of dealerships where I live, were filled with low-balling, dishonest, and most of all, entitled sleazy salesman. I quickly began to shop outwards of my residence, and man I am happy I filled with low-balling, dishonest, and most of all, entitled sleazy salesman. I quickly began to shop outwards of my residence, and man I am happy I did! I had to drive 2.5 hours away from my hometown to find such amazing people to purchase my new 2023 Tundra Platinum addition. James Perkins, my sales PROFESSIONAL was able to get with his management team to get me a great figure on my trade. I was extremely impressed with the transparency for they gave above fair value for my trade. James quickly gave me some pics and even videos of the truck I was interested in. Upon my request, James got his Sales Manager Richie Lannotti involved early so there was not much back and forth negotiations. I tell you what, Richie MADE me show up to the dealership with my two wild, and energetic boys 3 and 5 (who are a handful /thanks James and Eric in finance for being patient and understanding) because of the great deal he presented. I could NOT say no! Richie's energy was captivating and unmatched! I also had been unprepared and they worked with me on every aspect while let my 2 boys run around rampant in their beautiful facility. My family and I are grateful. I have owned many trucks from Ford, Ram, Chevy and GMC, but non as techy, aggressive, and as fast as this one! All of those trucks I brought home to my wife, (which I thought were nice) she wouldn't ever show emotions or have care in the world about them. For the first time, I brought the truck in our driveway, my wife was in awe. She loves and asked to drive it! Richie, thanks for MAKING me show up! OUTSTANDING, TRANSPARENT, ABOVE AND BEYOND! More

I tried to give this dealership another chance and once again they blew it. I have been told so many lies and to this day only one item is fix but it took 2 weeks and me calling them on it for them to ask again they blew it. I have been told so many lies and to this day only one item is fix but it took 2 weeks and me calling them on it for them to ask me if I had my car because they couldn’t find it. I’m really in shock at how they have continued to treat me and not fix my car as of today. I promise I am going to every review site and making it known just how rude and how much they are NOT to help the customer. This is so unprofessional. by looking at some of the other reviews this location isn’t working on to much with the customer satisfaction.. so Chris Cady @ Scott Clark hope your reading all the bad comments. More

Our salesman was great but the dealership was not. They tried to shirt me $1000 on our agreed trade in amount. They also never sent my $100 referral check, I would not have known or expected the referral tried to shirt me $1000 on our agreed trade in amount. They also outsourced my leather seat covers to Auto Toys and put 65 miles on my brand new car. I could have taken to Auto Toys myself for half the price they charged me. More
