I took my S-Class 580 for service at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring because the battery symbol displayed on my screen and certain function was inoperable, they found a fault in the 12 volt battery and re Silver Spring because the battery symbol displayed on my screen and certain function was inoperable, they found a fault in the 12 volt battery and replaced it,I’m back on the road and very satisfied. Steve is the most honest and trustworthy employee. His customer service skills are exceptional. It was a great experience talking and resolving the Hermes module reprogramming. He walked me up to my car and gave me a handshake on the way out. One thing I have to say.. The guys at the parts department never smile come on guys you’re not at a funeral!! I spent $750.00 on a SD card for my navigation. Same day when I went to pick up my car I asked at the parts department for the price of a rubber seal in the trunk. The parts personnel looked like he is at a funeral I could not even get a smile from him at the desk, when I asked how has your day been. He did not want to be bothered and did not even answer. But he did confirm a price. Steve had me smiling on the way out. Saved the day!! Next time I will buy parts and accessories online I am never going to interact with the guys at parts. It’s clear they don’t like me… My 5 star rating is for Steve. My rating for the parts department is negative 5! They are terrible at both occasions. Thanks. Amit More
