Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Service department can be annoying, especially when I'm early for my reservations and my car sits in the back parking lot after my reservation time. I have watched and the mechanic will take my car to the early for my reservations and my car sits in the back parking lot after my reservation time. I have watched and the mechanic will take my car to the lift then walk around it several times. Please fix this, if I'm early, there's a reason to get in and out because I have scheduled appointments also. Thank you More

I brought my car to the Toyota for an oil change. My Serviceman was Steve Robinson. He was curteous, friendly, and knowledgeable.My appointment was for 10 AM, they serviced my car on time, no delays. The staff practiced social distancing, they wore masks, they sanitized my car, put plastic on doors, steering wheel, paper mats on floors. I WAS escorted to wait area, given a choice of waiting inside or outside.. Car was serviced. When done I was escorted to my vehicle. Nice place, I would recommend Toyota to family & friends. A very pleasant experience & it didn't take a long time. More

Service Dept staff worked as great team to get me in and out efficiently. I dropped my car off so I could go to work.
