Steve enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his 2 kids and their dog Molly. Steve enjoys relaxing at the beach and watching the waves. Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Dealership is very pleasant and clean. Made the appointment for my vehicle service. And multiple recalls from toyota and talked with a young lady that was very rude to us. She kept talking about th appointment for my vehicle service. And multiple recalls from toyota and talked with a young lady that was very rude to us. She kept talking about that the dealership would not give out loaner cars that we would have to wait for the vehicle to be done. Which is fine but i think the dealership should have classes for employees that answer phones to better themselves when talking to customers. This is the first time this has ever happened to us and hope it wont happen again. Love the service adviser we have in Stephan Robinson. I give him 5 stars. Thank you. More

I like this dealership bought 3 cars from them. Always friendly and professional. Service staff is also tops. The only thing that could be negative is with fiancé they seem always backed up. IRATE THE IDEA OF AN APPOINTMENT IS SO THE WAIT TIME IS LESS. NEVER SPENT TIME LIKE THIS BEFORE went to see service advisor and ask for keys to be given back. went to get them and came back asking if someone got on it immediately would i stay. i said yes and sat another hour while sitting another advisor came into waiting room to tell customer car was ready..except service was incomplete. a back page had what was needed. advisor said bring it back at no charge. i hope this is not what service dept is coming to More
