Other hobbies are fishing, hunting and spending time just enjoying nature. Steve has a few rules that he thinks everyone should live by, 1. Treat everyone with Dignity, Honor and Respect. 2. Always be True to your word. Once you loose it, it's gone. 3. Lastly and most important, women are always right and men are always wrong and when you here the phrase ( I'm Fine ) I assure you it's the calm before the storm. Steve has had over 20 years in the Service Writer Industry and knows how to deliver excellent Customer Service.

Had car serviced before trip from Florida to GA, TN & NC on 10/18/23. Left on trip 10/26. Four days into trip air on all tires was 30 pounds of pressure. I had to fill to 35 pounds-dangerous for mountain ro on 10/18/23. Left on trip 10/26. Four days into trip air on all tires was 30 pounds of pressure. I had to fill to 35 pounds-dangerous for mountain roads. Prior CAMRY TOOK 30 pounds. NEWER RAV4 takes 35. This happened once before, same thing after service, Low 30 pounds pressure all tires requiring 35 on RAV 4 but I was local. Also, windshield washer fluids emptied out 7 days after trip began. Could not find fluid up in mountains so I filled with water. Put in 1 gallon fluid today. Also got AC service & coolant fluid is low. Mileage at service 25,423. mileage today with trip returned in 11/10/23 and local til today, 11/19/23 is 27,518. Service needs improvement. More
