Visited for my last oil change under warranty. Steve made sure I was getting all regular maintenance needed while still covered within the three years. I appreciated that. I had great experience during this recent visit. I made an appointment for one issue with my car and it ended up that the mechanics found another issue which was serious. I was told that my car would be ready by the end of the day the next day. Because of this, they dealt with the issue I originally made an appointment for (drying out the car interior due to moisture getting into it due to me accidentally keeping my moon roof open overnight and a storm rolling through the following morning) for no charge! I really appreciated that. They did finish the job the next day but quicker than expected. I also appreciated having a loaner while the work was being done which gave me a chance to drive one of the new Minis! More

I have been so unhappy with my car and service this year. I've bought 3 cars from this dealership. Yesterday was the last straw. I was so done that I traded my Mini in for a 2026 Mustang Convertible. I will I've bought 3 cars from this dealership. Yesterday was the last straw. I was so done that I traded my Mini in for a 2026 Mustang Convertible. I will never buy another Mini, and Mini of St. Louis will never see another penny from me. Their "extended warranty" never seems to cover the litany of things that go wrong with these cars after they hit 50,000. It was a scam. I'm a very loyal customer until you screw me over. Then I'm someone else's very loyal customer. More
