Mini of St. Louis always bends over backwards to accommodate. I arrived at 8:04am and got checked in by Erica. I hadn’t made the appropriate arrangements for a Louis always bends over backwards to accommodate. I arrived at 8:04am and got checked in by Erica. I hadn’t made the appropriate arrangements for a loaner, but Erica made it happen. I was out running errands when I received a text around 11am from my technician letting me know the crank seal had been replaced and brakes and other things looked good. A few minutes later I received a call from Erica letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Great customer service. I love Mini of St. Louis!! More

I had great experience during this recent visit. I made an appointment for one issue with my car and it ended up that the mechanics found another issue which was serious. I was told that my car woul I made an appointment for one issue with my car and it ended up that the mechanics found another issue which was serious. I was told that my car would be ready by the end of the day the next day. Because of this, they dealt with the issue I originally made an appointment for (drying out the car interior due to moisture getting into it due to me accidentally keeping my moon roof open overnight and a storm rolling through the following morning) for no charge! I really appreciated that. They did finish the job the next day but quicker than expected. I also appreciated having a loaner while the work was being done which gave me a chance to drive one of the new Minis! More
