Both men were very professional in their demeanor, courteous, and explained this new crossover regarding it's handling, performance, & efficiency plus many more features. Nick Ludford the business manager at Gary Lang's Auto was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in helping me procure my purchase. NO. B.S Dealing with steve was easy. No B.S deal was done they email and 2 phone conversations. Didn't give me the come on in to the dealer line. I appreciate Dealing with steve was easy.
