So much lack in communication between everyone. We’ve reviewed our records and see that you contacted us regarding your A/C concern, and I see that we’ve already made arrangements for you to bring your vehicle in on Monday so we can take care of that. But I'm not seeing any prior communication related to financing or titling. If there’s additional context there, we’re happy to review it—but we do want to ensure we’re addressing concerns based on accurate information. I also want to clarify that several of the individuals listed in your review, including myself, had no direct involvement in your interaction. DealerRater allows customers to select employees, but in this case, multiple team members were rated who had no contact with you, which doesn’t reflect the actual experience. Our focus now is making sure your A/C concern is handled promptly and properly when you come in Monday. We look forward to getting this resolved for you. I worked with Joe this time around, and I have to say this guy is awesome! He’s so incredibly kind and down to earth. He really wants to help you find what you *NEED.* This deal I worked with Joe, Steve, Phil and of course Karen! I love you all. Such incredible people. Yes, they are a car dealership. Yes, they sell you cars. I initially went in looking for a used bigger vehicle. I was given the option but ultimately Joe showed me new was going to be the way to go. Payment, interest rates and warranty all being taken accounted for. He showed me my budget friendly vehicle and the second I dismissed it for personal reasons he basically tossed the keys back in the building and got me what suited my growing family better! I got the deal of the year. Steve (finance) and I got down to business and he laid it out plainly. He got me everything I asked for and I am so incredibly happy. Phil helped me secure my top quality extras I factored into my deal. I highly recommend Joe and this whole team. I will be back once this baby is paid off. More

Ms. B, Please accept my apology for the confusion we created during your purchase. When we don't have the exact car you want in stock, thankfully we can arrange a trade between dealers. Usually those trades go off without a hitch, but sometimes there are challenges we need to work through, and we need to do a better job of communicating that to you, and aligning your expectations beforehand. As I stated on our call, we should have absolutely done a better job of communicating what was going on to Chris, who could have communicated that to you. This experience has been a learning lesson for us, and in response, we have changed how we proceed forward by including the salesperson in the process of acquiring the vehicle, so they can better communicate with our customers.
