Exceptional Service I usually do not enjoy looking for a new car. My experience at Wayne Subaru changed that. Steve Durkin was respectful, knowledgeable and kept me info I usually do not enjoy looking for a new car. My experience at Wayne Subaru changed that. Steve Durkin was respectful, knowledgeable and kept me informed each week on how things were progressing (as I had about a 3 week wait for car to arrive at dealership). I will recommend Wayne Subaru and Steve to anyone looking for a new car. More

My First Enjoyable Visit to a Car Dealership! I must have spent an average of more an hour a day for the past month researching nearly every car that is available in the United States. I was looking for a 5-door sedan because I've always had an affinity for wagons, and that my wife and I have added a little one to our family I know the extra space will come in handy. My clan and I made the switch from renters to owners just a few short months ago when we bought our first home. It is located about an hour north of the Bergen County suburb where I grew up. The weather is about 10 degrees colder up here, the mountainous landscape is much differnt, the winding roads are filled with blind curves, and in a little over 3 months I have driven up and down more switchbacks than in my previous 35 years combined. I wanted an all-wheel drive vehicle, but until I spoke with Steve Urskin at Wayne Subaru I had pretty much written off that possibility and I resigned myself to settling for a front wheel drive vehicle. I made nearly 100 online inquiries with car dealerships that sold nearly every make and model that's available in the US, and when doing so I was very specific with regard to what I was looking for and how I wanted to handle things. In each online inquiry I asked that the sales rep handling the lead only contact me via e-mail. Well, in the two weeks leading up to my visit to Wayne Subaru for a test drive (followed by a vehicle purchase) I received, on average, 20 calls/voice messages a day. It seemed to me like Steve Durkin at Wayne Subaru was the ONLY car salesman who actually resd my inquiry. That was the first clue that the WS dealership was different. The next request that I included in my inquiry was to ask the sales representative who was assigned to me to provide me with some ballpark figures that would give me an idea of the overall cost, both at the time I made the purchase as well as the monthly figure. Nearly 100 inquiries...want to know how many sales people too the time to run the numbers that I requested? Nearly 100 feelers...just one sales representative, and, not surprisingly, it was Steve Durkin from Wayne Subaru. After that I was sold. Not only was Steve able to get me a brand new car, but he was able to do it for only FIVE DOLLARS MORE than my monthly payment for my car with the expiring lease. And the final reason for my giving Steve and the staff over at Wayne Subaru a five star rating...they found a way to make all of this happen at a price that made me feel like I robbed them blind AND they found me a vehicle WITH ALL WHEEL DRIVE. If you are in the market for a Subaru and you go anywhere else besides Wayne Subaru you need to have your head examined! Thank you Steve Durkin and thank you Wayne Subaru! Regards, Will Brieden More

Perfect car buying experience from start to finish . . . Steve was amazing, he made buying our Subaru a real pleasure. He's honest, super friendly and very easy to deal with. We never felt any pressure to buy on the spot, just a very relaxing experience from start to finish. And we feel like Steve fought to get us the best deal possible. At pick-up, Ed was great at explaining all the features of our new Forester. He was friendly, funny and patient will all the questions. Last but not least, finalizing the deal with David was a breeze. Just like the rest of the team, Dave was very easy to deal with, another friendly, funny member of the Wayne Subaru Crew. The entire staff at Wayne Subaru is Amazing. A Big Thank you to the entire Wayne Subaru Family, you made us feel like part of the Family. Three cars later we are glad we chose this dealership. Steve Durkin, our sales manager couldn't have been better. We told him what we wanted as far as price and he made every effort to see that he could meet our expectations. We bought the first two cars for our daughters--The Impreza. Then we went back for a third for us--The Outback. Again, Steve was great. We didn't play games. We told him what we were willing to pay and he was able to get us what we wanted. He was friendly and accommodating. Dave Fried, Business Manager did a fantastic job explaining our options for extended warranty. He wasn't pushy, but did want to do what he could so that we could take advantage of these options. We were able to come to a satisfactory figure which was then honored for all three cars. He was very pleasant and made us feel at home. Ed Birne, Product Specialist, rounded out our experience at Wayne Subaru. He patiently went through all the highlights of the car and helped me to sync my phone. Although we haven't dealt with the service department, Steve did walk us through and we met the service team. They all seemed friendly and willing to help. Although we started out at Wayne Subaru because they were local, we bought from them because of their high standards and professionalism. More
