Andrew is a Top-Tier dealership with a Top-Tier service department. They’re very professional and have very fair prices. I got a quote for the same work at another dealership and it was twice as much. Not department. They’re very professional and have very fair prices. I got a quote for the same work at another dealership and it was twice as much. Not only are they honest about telling you what you need, they’re honest about what you DON’T need. Many times they’ve told me I can hold off on getting work done even though they’re losing out on the business. My experience has always been pleasant, which is rare with car dealerships these days. I've bought about 10 cars in my life. 2 I bought from Steve. I wish I'd bought all them from him! I like his approach and I trust him. In November 2022 I had an issue with a car I purchased. I tried working with the dealership. I got so frustrated I made 3 calls to the National Customer Service line. To get the information I needed, I w I tried working with the dealership. I got so frustrated I made 3 calls to the National Customer Service line. To get the information I needed, I was referred back to the dealership. After 3 calls to the manager, I finally was able to talk with him the week before Christmas. He needed to talk with the Toyota rep. I heard nothing until, after a few more messages that I left, I was able to sit down with Kevin on February 15, 2023. He was going to make a few calls and get back to me. Hearing nothing, I called him back on March 13, 2023 and left an extensive message. As of today (April 3) I have heard NOTHING. I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance I have received from Kevin. I am extremely satisfied with my Sales person and have had excellent service from Andrew Toyota. If customer service is a major concern of the dealership, I must admit that I haven't received it with this issue. More
