Unprofessional, Doesn't know their own policies/ procedures The service advisors are rude, do not know their own policies and procedures. They seem clueless when you ask them a question. Becky was a little rude and sarcastic but tried to act like she was being helpful. Steve did not seem to want to get involved to help resolve the issue. The Challenger I'm relatively new to the Florida area and I'm still getting settled. A few months back I needed service on my Jeep and found Ferman online so I sched I'm relatively new to the Florida area and I'm still getting settled. A few months back I needed service on my Jeep and found Ferman online so I scheduled an appointment, long story short I was pleased with the service and the way I was treated as a customer and decided I had found a dealership that I was comfortable doing business with. On the next service visit I asked Steve in service to refer me to a sales person in used cars and he introduced me to Brandon. I told Brandon what I was interested in and that I was just looking and wanted some information on a 2016 Challenger he had. Brandon was easy to talk to and informative. There was no pressure and Brandon worked at my pace as I gathered the information I needed to be comfortable with a purchase. I scheduled a test ride and had my son evaluate the Challenger as I was unable to take the car on my own due to recent surgery. Brandon is patient and easy going and after my son's test ride and feedback I bought the Challenger. The sales experience was a great one and it couldn't of been any easier to purchase the Challenger. Scott made the paperwork easy and explained things and was thorough easy to work with and talk to also. Ferman has another satisfied customer. More
