Problem with Service Mechanics I have had to bring my truck back 3 times in 8 days because the check engine light keeps coming on. Each time I was told it was fixed and it wasnt !!! I have had to bring my truck back 3 times in 8 days because the check engine light keeps coming on. Each time I was told it was fixed and it wasnt !!! Your service mechanics need to be trained to a higher level as I have my doubts concerning their competence. However your Service Advisor, Steve did everything he could to try to make up for their failures. He is awesome. At this point, I have my doubts if I will come back to your dealership as vehicle service is very important to me. More

But the service center staff is always welcoming, willing to explain the problem for a layma I’ve been in a lot lately - just some bad luck on a part. But the service center staff is always welcoming, willing to explain the problem for a layman without talking down to me, and bends over backwards to make sure I’m taken care of - whether that means getting me a ride, getting me out quick, or finding me a loaner. I drive 40 minutes to come to this dealership even though there’s a Chrysler 20 minutes from my house because of service like this. More

Appointment Oil Change Made an appointment and it took more than 1.5 hours. We didn't just stop in off the street, the appointment was made days in advance. No one came to say there were problems, why there was a delay, or to apologize. There wasn't an excessive amount of people waiting so not sure why an oil change took this long. I did have to wait quite a while for the Service person to arrive. If the time spent waiting for the service guy to arrive maybe it could of been less time but the vehicle was gone for a long time also. More
