Recall Took car in on my vacation to have 2 recalls done. I had made an appointment a month in advance was told by the lady making my appointment they would Took car in on my vacation to have 2 recalls done. I had made an appointment a month in advance was told by the lady making my appointment they would have the parts. They fixed the recall for the air bag but couldn't replace the catalytic converter they stated they only get so many in each week and didn't have one!!!!! I had an appt and they should have set one aside for me!!!! Now I have to reschedule the appointment which is extremely unacceptable. It's not convient to just drop my car off anytime I work 45 min away. Very upset with this experience and how I was treated. More

While in for routine service for my Ram 1500 I suggested to him that I felt I may need front brakes. When my truck was ready I was so pleased to hear the brakes are fine.... no service needed at this time.
