Great Service Steve Brawer was very thorough with my last two services in the last few months. Two separate times I had some strange noises from different areas o Steve Brawer was very thorough with my last two services in the last few months. Two separate times I had some strange noises from different areas of the car. Both times the noises weren't happening when I brought the care in. Both times he kept trying to recreate the noise, spent some time doing so and came through in the end. Noises were eliminated each time. More

Great Service from a Great Team ! I had brought my Pacifica in to the dealer because of some paint defect. I met a girl there named Dyna who said she was the Warranty Clerk. She told m I had brought my Pacifica in to the dealer because of some paint defect. I met a girl there named Dyna who said she was the Warranty Clerk. She told me about a bulletin that Chrysler was aware of my concern and that it would be taken care of under warranty. She took all my information and said she would call when a loaner would become available. I think just and few weeks went by when I received a call from Dayna that they had the loaner and the time to correct the paint concern. When I arrived I met with Dyna who introduced me to a Service Advisor named Steve Brawer who then wrote up my Van and all paper work needed for loaner. Just a few days later they called and said van was ready. I pulled down the drive and saw Steve who had my paper work and Van ready for me to pickup. Could not have been any easier. Thanks to a great service team and body shop my Van looks great. More

Couldn’t fix problem after three tries I had to take my vehicle to another Jeep dealer b/c they couldn’t fix it at Ferman. To boot, they were not friendly and didn’t return my phone call.
