I am mixed about this dealership. I want to give them 1 star because I had several issues. I also want to give them 5 stars because they did resolve each issue. Even if I had to be very firm about the re star because I had several issues. I also want to give them 5 stars because they did resolve each issue. Even if I had to be very firm about the resolution. So I will give 3 stars to be somewhere in the middle. They also prefer you finance through Lexus instead of through your bank. I discovered why through my accountant. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that stayed late to complete all my paperwork but he was very kind, friendly and handled business very well. Kudos to him. More
