We went in to test drive a 2025 RAV4 but the dealership didn’t have one so Caedman brought us a 2022 to drive and I really liked it. . I just didn’t want a vehicle with 29000 miles. I thought I was going to have to walk away but Caedman was checking the computer and happen to find a 2025 RAV4 on a truck in Kansas City that wasn’t sold. I felt like it was meant to be so I decided to buy the vehicle. The whole process wasn’t bad but it took a long time. My husband wasn’t happy because he couldn’t get his military discount. I don’t feel like my 6000 dollars I put on the car was used properly. But all in all it was a good experience and everyone was very nice Caedman especially was very helpful. More

Stephen was excellent. Sad that your dealership, as many other Toyota places do not have one of everything so customers can actually see what you offer. ( you do not even have brochures that show models-colors, etc) I likely would have bought a different, higher end model yhat I wanted if I could have just sat in it. This reminds me of the 50s and 60s when consumers tried a show room model and then ordered a car to their needs. I would have done that if there had been a model to see. Tough times But we settled on a car simply because we could sit in it and try it out We are hard core Toyota people, if we were not I would have walked over to the Honda, Subaru or Kia dealer where I could experience various models and make a choice. Pretty sure that Toyota had many lost opportunities because of current practices More
