I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Erin Park over the past 4 months.

Also, when I asked for advise on how best to do the purchase / lease, this was discussed, allowing me to ultimately be the decider once I had all the information.
The care shown on delivery and willingness to chat after the sale and delivery are appreciated.

I bought my TOYOTA 4Runner 2008 from this dealership. When I did a drive test everything was good except some vibration at speed 90 km/h +. Salesperson assured me that issue would be fixed when I pick it up in a couple days.
When I picked it up, I realized that vibration still existed. I called to salesperson explained the problem and he told me to come to the dealership to fix the problem. Unfortunately, it didn’t go smoothly - I had to visit them 3 times to fix this: including coming there on Saturday at 6 am and waiting for 1.5 h because they were not working, and made an early appointment by mistake. The reason for vibration turned to be bad tires. Although, rear tires were replaced with new ones vibration didn’t stop completely.
Later on, I’ve found out on my own (with other mechanic) that all 4 tires were defective and out of round, which happens sometimes as my mechanic says. Rarely but happens. Long story short, I had to replace all 4 tires, but the good news is that I got partial rebate from the dealership for this.
Many thanks to Stacey Cohen for following up and his kind efforts to fix my problem. I wish I had brought the issue to the management earlier which could help to save my time and nerves.

Suleman walked me slowly through the finances, making sure everything was clear and understood.
