The sales rep Sonny Nnaekpe was professional and knowledgeable about the features and technology of the 2024 CX 5 turbo premium (although he didn’t know that the apple car play now has touch screen knowledgeable about the features and technology of the 2024 CX 5 turbo premium (although he didn’t know that the apple car play now has touch screen functionality). He patiently explained the car details, connected my phone and adding my new vehicle on the Mazda app. The dealership however still loads the vehicles with high margin add-ons like door cup and edging, nitrogen tires, paint and fabric treatments, etc. They also indicate 3 years of free towing in the package which is actually from Mazda. Some people may value all of these but in my view many of these are of questionable utility. Fortunately, there was a vehicle there that I wanted that this package hadn’t been added yet. So I would rate Sonny 5 stars. The dealership is good to work with but because of this old school practice of adding all these extras I rate the dealership 4 stars. More

Sonny was extremely helpful in helping our family upgrade our vehicles. We went in anticipating to turn in my husbands truck for a vehicle, but ended up trading BOTH of our vehicles in for Mazda CX-90. He wa our vehicles. We were very disappointed with our experience.
