Great experience working with Sierra at Family Toyota Burleson! I went to pick up my mother who was having her vehicle serviced there and decided to look at their used car inventory. Sierra was walking by doing her inventory count and asked if I had any questions or needed help. She was never pushy. She listened to literally every single thing that I said I had a desire for in a vehicle and then said, “Let me show you this vehicle right here…“ And the rest is history! Now, I’m the proud owner of a Mazda CX-9 with the turbo package that has all the bills and whistles that I asked for and was a great price point. Family Toyota also made the deal happen really quickly. The longest part of the entire process was just getting the paperwork together with the financial part. Approval and everything went through easily and quickly. Everybody was really super nice. I highly recommend this location! Sierra was awesome! 👏🏻 More

almost 2 years after buying my car here decided after thinking long and hard about it, not happy with this company at all, I, my wife,and my granddaughter all purchased a cars here. We all three decided thinking long and hard about it, not happy with this company at all, I, my wife,and my granddaughter all purchased a cars here. We all three decided we will never go back there again. Car salesperson "Sierra" sold me a Camry that had been wrecked, when i pointed it out she told me " well, you signed the contract" ok i messed up by not seeing this but she sure didnt tell me either.That aint right. Sierra jarrogant and rude to me and my wife. Then I took the car in because it died right after starting it. they said I need a fuel pump $1000 I declined. I'm still driving the car with the same fuel pump - missdiagnosis! shady mechanic? makes me wonder. I recently hit a deer in this car and sent it to Caliber Colission for front end repair, they told me the front end had been GLUED on and it would cost me $500 dollars in addition to the deductable of the insurance. SHADY ! Do you think they will re-imburse me for this ? we will see. My wife and Granddaughter will be writting thier own reviews soon. Steve Moon More
