Another delightful service experience with Shiva. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain the work required, provides me with an accurate quote, and stays in touch throughout the service proc She always takes the time to thoroughly explain the work required, provides me with an accurate quote, and stays in touch throughout the service process. She’s incredibly personable and professional. Her final words to me were, “Give me a call next time you have a service need.” I left feeling truly appreciated. I've serviced my Honda vehicles at Scott Honda for many years. I appreciate that the service advisors take time to explain each line item upfront and answer any questions. There are several spacious years. I appreciate that the service advisors take time to explain each line item upfront and answer any questions. There are several spacious waiting areas and a cafe for people to hang out or work while their vehicles are being worked on. More
