Incredibly poor service. Changing to another dealer to finish out my Toyota Care. Sherry is great, but she can’t watch the mechanics 24/7. I ask for an oil change. I was very Changing to another dealer to finish out my Toyota Care. Sherry is great, but she can’t watch the mechanics 24/7. I ask for an oil change. I was very specific. I didn’t care about the pointless other “checkup”. I live about 50 min away so it’s only worth it for oil change. I only realized 2 weeks later that they didn’t actually do an oil change when they started calling me to make an appointment. At Family Toyota in BURLESON Ava explained how Toyota care works and why it could have happened. She went through all 5, but also said if I ask for the oil change I would get it. This isn’t my first issue. I’ll not be going back. More
