A Wonderful Porsche Buying Experience I am a very happy Porsche owner thanks to Porsche Riverside and their phenomenal Porsche Brand Ambassador, Sherman Sims. I live less than 5 blocks awa I am a very happy Porsche owner thanks to Porsche Riverside and their phenomenal Porsche Brand Ambassador, Sherman Sims. I live less than 5 blocks away from a "go to" Los Angeles area Porsche dealership but still made the one hour trip to Porsche Riverside to purchase my 2016 Cayenne. The reason was due in very large part to how professional, extremely knowledgeable and especially kind Sherman was on the phone. Then, to my surprise later that day, Sherman recorded, narrated and sent me a 5 minute video of the Cayenne we discussed. When I told Sherman I would travel to Riverside the next day he came to work on his off day to meet me there. Sherman made my first Porsche buying experience one that I will never forget. Ask for Sherman Sims and you'll know why. He'll take great care of you. More

The second time we visited to purchase we were greeted in the same respectful fashion and were assisted by Taylor Ferguson and also walked out with a gorgeous new car. Both of these gentlemen make a great a team. They both have strong knowledge of their inventory and what is available on the market. This allowed them to save us time and present us with exceptional options that we ourselves otherwise would not have considered. Also, we never felt like we were being “handled” at any point. They made the entire experience comfortable by being patient with our numerous questions and mainting a friendly yet professional demeanor. Their salesmanship and skills weighed heavily in on our choice to purchase. Also, we would like to thank Jeremy Bishop for guiding us through the finance/paperwork portion. John took the time to speak to to us about the features of our Cayenne and patiently answered all of our questions. We left the dealership confident and happy that we made the right purchase with the right group. Also, many thanks to Sherman Sims and Jeremy Bishop, and other representatives who assisted with the purchase, called us to follow up, made sure we were comfortable in their nice office, and made sure we had plenty of coffee and water! We live near LAX and Riverside can be quite a drive from our house ,but the service (and the purchase of our car) made it worth the drive. More
