Don"t bother to go to dealership if your from outside of town. I had an appointment to test drive a pickup at 12:00 pm my son and I driven 225 miles to this dealership one-way, arrived on time and were tol town. The salesman then said we might have a chance at it if financing fell through, .No text or e-mail during trip informing us of situation,then I noticed the white board had both of our names( other buyers) at 12:00 pm but some how they got there at least 1 hour earlier to test drive and make a deal before we arrived .I assume their salesman called the other (local) buyers and told them to come in early to get their foot in the door.I understand they want to sell to local people to get a chance at service and repeat customers but don't treat us as a backup plan ,and then tell us you have nothing to sell us and that (you will keep looking for a truck for us) Thanks but I won"t be back. More

After finishing a an appointment in Chandler earlier that morning I went by Patriot Dodge for my 10:30 they were able to get my truck in early and had my truck back out by the time my 10:30 appointment had a morning I went by Patriot Dodge for my 10:30 they were able to get my truck in early and had my truck back out by the time my 10:30 appointment had arrived also five stars to Shelly Davis my sales rep who checked on me several times during my visit to make sure I was comfortable.
