Brand nee Kia customer here. As soon as I drove in, I was told Kia would have to replace the tire. No empathy. No attempt to try to help and felt heard. The tire wasn't even look As soon as I drove in, I was told Kia would have to replace the tire. No empathy. No attempt to try to help and felt heard. The tire wasn't even looked at. It felt frustrating. I drove to a nearby tire shop and while I got the same result, they looked at the tire first and TRIED , they where empathetic and willing to help me. Good customer service skills. Offered to warranty the tires. Eventually, they were actually able to fix the tire. Kia service Center clearly needs more customer service training and assure their employees are happy and willing to help your customers More

Me deberían devolver el dinero que me cobraron por un diagnóstico que no recibí. Llevé el auto al dealer con el check engine encendido y 2 códigos en el scanner. Me cobraron el diagnóstico de decirme que diagnóstico que no recibí. Llevé el auto al dealer con el check engine encendido y 2 códigos en el scanner. Me cobraron el diagnóstico de decirme que existían esos 2 codigos pero que no podían darme un diagnóstico de los mismos porque supuestamente la batería estaba defectuosa y ellos no tenían una batería para usarla en la evaluación de los autos. Eso, fue la peor parte de varias situaciones que ocurrieron desde que llegué. No importa la garantía que ofrezcan, perderán muchos clientes si no brindan un buen servicio y no operan con justicia.
