ervice is usually a little on the slow side, and it often feels like the Service advisors dont have time to status the vehicle being serviced. I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have part feels like the Service advisors dont have time to status the vehicle being serviced. I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have parts on order and of the flip side where the work was done in 1/2 the time estimated. Although I own 2 KIAs i would not recommend people to buy a KIA, due to the poor quality materials used( paint, plastics and rubbers and their resistance to cover material defects under warranty eventhough they are clearly defective. I also find the prices you charge for common services and repairs to be escessive. Greenway Kia is the first dealer that I actively avoid if possible. I also understand that some of my frustration is to Kia's lack of waranty support and not necessisarily Greenways fault. More

My attendant was REALLY kind and helpful. I never met Armando. And the next day a service light on my dash came on. I was very pleased with the service at Kia East and with my service coordinator, Shelby Bishop. I needed an inspection for a used car that I purchased and Kia East completely checked the car and Shelby went my service coordinator, Shelby Bishop.
