I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased, I did not expect to make a purchase when I came into the dealership, and nor did I expect to buy a toyota corolla, I was just looking at maybe purchasing a not expect to make a purchase when I came into the dealership, and nor did I expect to buy a toyota corolla, I was just looking at maybe purchasing an LE Toyota Yaris, but I was not sold on the price, so they were able to get me into a better vehicle for the same price I was quoted for the toyota yaris. Mike was my salesman, and cassie was also involved in giving the best possible knowledge and excellent customer service when showing me the vehicles. We looked at several different vehicles and she was very patient with me, and helped me find the right vehicle until I was completely satisfied and happy. Mike worked with me on the numbers, and was very patient as well, and did his best to find the best possible price that I was looking for. My Finance manager was shawn sibley, and I really enjoyed working with him as well, especially because he was my salesman 2 years ago when I was looking at trading in my vehicle, he provided me excellent customer service then, and he provided the same excellent customer service this time around as well. He made everything clear and understandable, and the delivery of the car was excellent, he helped me move all of my personal belongings from my previous vehicle into the new vehicle, and waited patiently until it was finished. I really enjoyed my sales associate experience at toyota of orlando, and I would definitely return again to buy another car as well. Before I had came to the dealership, I had already called in advance and was talking with Dee about coming in and looking at some different vehicles. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, cassie was already awaiting my arrival and greeted me the moment I stepped out of my car. I would honestly recommend the sales department of this this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used toyota vehicle. I was very satisafied, and treated like I own a million dollars. More

I had the WORST experience at Central Florida Toyota. In fact, the last 3 year, 6 months dealing with them had be sub par, but when I was looking for a new vehicle (I had leased a 2009 toyota corolla from t fact, the last 3 year, 6 months dealing with them had be sub par, but when I was looking for a new vehicle (I had leased a 2009 toyota corolla from that establishment) because my lease had been coming to a close (would have ended march 2013), their service was atrocious at best. Tired, after a second day and 8 hours total, I decided to venture to Toyota of Orlando (I had previous dealings with Toyota of Orlando with my 1998 Camry, but had stopped going to the dealership for service on that vehicle because of the location (I live almost 45 minute-60 minutes away from highway 50 and John Young Parkway). Since Toyota of Orlando moved to a closer area to where i live, i decided to take a chance and see what they may have to offer. First, I met Patrick in the parking lot when i arrived. I explained that i was exhausted, that i was very specifically looking for a silver 2012 camry with little to no money down, a payment that was close to what i had been paying on the corolla (i had come to learn in the last 3.5 years that the payment i was making for that vehicle is close to what i could have paid for a camry all this time, based in the payments family and friends had been making on their vehicles). Patrick was quick to bring two different models. He connected me to a guy who's name i cant remember. I gave him the run down of what i wanted, including the fact that i still had 6 months on my lease and was in no rush if i wasn't able to get the deal i was looking for. He was crazy. The three offers he came back with were at least $100-$150 dollars a month out of my price range and i needed to put a few thousand dollars down. Just as i was ready to leave (again, i was in no rush), Mike came over and took over the negotiating. Needless to say, we were able to seal the deal. In fact, i asked for business cards because i was so pleased with how effortless it was working with him and wished i had a) met him before i wasted my time at Central Florida Toyota), b) met him before i had wasted almost 45 minutes with the other guy i spoke with, initially. If that wasn't good enough, Shawn was great! While Patrick and Mike helped my mom move a few items out of my old car, into the new car, the paperwork process with Shawn was QUICK. from my recount, from the time i met Mike until the time i was finished with Shawn, it had only been about 90 minutes. I also noticed that in the two and a half hours i was at this location, 4-6 other people left with vehicles. That's 400%-600% more than the other toyota location (just pointing that out). Though it was late, Mike and Shawn didnt rush us, answered all of my questions, etc. Shawn also explained all of the paperwork that i was signing and didnt make me feel foolish if i had a question, etc. I really appreciated that more than i can express. The facility is remarkably clean and comfortable. Everyone seems friendly and i'm excited to be doing business with Toyota of Orlando, once again. I also appreciated Mike's follow up phone call to me about a week later to see if i was still happy with my purchase. This is one of those rare times where a big decision has been made, that i didnt have buyers remorse, the next day. Again, i cannot stress this enough, I have never experienced such outstanding service of any kind as i did with Patrick, Mike and Shawn. As i mentioned, i will certainly be recommending them, specifically to friends, family, co-workers, etc. More

I've never dealt with a dealership more courteous and professional than Toyota of Orlando. I came to Toyota with much doubt that I would even be able to finance a car but all the reps were so helpful in professional than Toyota of Orlando. Toyota of Orlando and their staff ...swept me away with their Phenomenal Service. From the moment I got to this dealership I got their full attention and they were very concern about my needs and wants a their Phenomenal Service. I feel sad I can't remember the name of the representative who took me to the car lot to see the Toyota cars and let me test drive my car before I bought it. That was the MOST important thing of the entire sales process, because I wouldn't feel confident enough without seeing the car first or test drive it in order to buy it. On 08/20, I traded in my 2008 Luxury SUV for a beautiful 2012 Toyota Camry XLE and my daughter and I are now very Happy with our new Camry. Aundre Robertson was calm and very informative and Shawn Sibley also helped me in the final process of filling out all the finance and important papers by doing so with patience and reassuring that I was completely satisfied with the entire sales and service process. Kudos to Toyota of Orlando for also having a small Snacks and Coffee Shop with a friendly staff where I took my daughter to get a snack while we were waiting in the lobby. More

It was a great experience, I came into the dealership just to see what my options were in order to purchase a Toyota Tundra, to my surprise I saw a tundra that was marked down. Aly suggested I take a te just to see what my options were in order to purchase a Toyota Tundra, to my surprise I saw a tundra that was marked down. Aly suggested I take a test drive, I did. Aly was very courteous and friendly, he suggested we write it up and see what happens. John Rios in my opinion went above and beyond to make my visit there a pleasant one. After the paperwork was done and he turned it in, he checked with me often to asure me that they were still checking things, he explained the contract to me so that I could understand what was beig done. Shawn Sibley was friendly and took the time to explain everything to my understanding, answered any and all questions that I had. This is the only Toyota dealership I have bought my vehicles from, I love the service and the friendly faces that greet me each and every time I visit. I reccommend this dealership to all my family and friends. I am very satisfied, happy and pleased with the service and especially with John Rios, he made my day when I saw him. More
