I've purchased two used vehicles from Bourne's. The most recent a BMW 330i. Both have been great cars and great values. Their sales staff is friendly and accessible and their no haggle approach makes for recent a BMW 330i. Both have been great cars and great values. Their sales staff is friendly and accessible and their no haggle approach makes for a very straightforward, low pressure experience. I service both my vehicles at Bourne's as well and I've had consistently good experiences with the quality and cost of their work and the friendliness and accessibility of their staff. The used car buying process comes with avoidable uncertainty but I've found that Bourne's selects quality vehicles and does all that's necessary to make sure you drive off the lot in a vehicle that meets all of your expectations. More

I have purchased many cars thru the years and I have to say, I was pleasantly suprised by Bourne's Autosales whole process. Their selections of used vehicles is very descent, quite a big parking lot to choose from :)) I found the car I liked online, and after doing my homework, it was the best value vehicle for the money. It's a negotiation free dealership ( which I knew before) and I personally love that style, no going back and forth with managers and wasting time. They DO their homework and give you amazing deals for great cars. Dealing with Scott was a pleasure, no pressure, no rush, let me take the car on a test drive by myself so I felt like they trusted me :))) I have to say the financing process was really quick and snappy, and a few days after I put a deposit on the car I was approved even though my credit is not that high. Once again, thank you for the great experience (and trust me,there are MANY places out there that do not provide that), I got the car that I liked with a loan that will build my credit back again. It's a small family place, nothing fancy, but very down to earth people. Think once again before going to other used car dealers and give them a shot, you won't be disappointed! Quality of Work: All cars were clean and had maintainance records available apon request. Friendliness: Every employee ensured that I was being helped and offered aditional assistance. Overall Experience: Great. Haven't been to a more helpful or friendly dealer ever. Price: Good. Cars were priced within $200 of the Trade-in value of a car in "good" condition on www.kbb.com More

I really like the no haggle pricing philosophy and the fact that you can test drive the vehicles alone. I was unsure as to which type or model of vehicle I wanted and they allowed me to drive multiple options without any pressure. I have told my co-workers about this dealership and would hightly recommend it to anyone looking for a good used vehicle at a good price. More

I've been incredibly pleased with my used car purchases and repair service provided by Bourne's Auto Center. Shawn Saunders is a knowledgeable, approachable professional who always makes time for customer and repair service provided by Bourne's Auto Center. Shawn Saunders is a knowledgeable, approachable professional who always makes time for customers and genuinely cares that you are getting the best possible service and attention. In addition, Shawn was a tremendous help to me as he has a strong background regarding Infiniti vehicles. He helped me quite a bit, patiently answering the questions that I had. Without coercing me in any way, he gave me a good, honest comparison of the Acura vs. the Infiniti - and when I asked his opinion, he felt that the Infiniti had the slight edge. Shawn's endorsement helped move me in the direction of the Infiniti. But, then I drove the car and did my own research. And, it was a no-brainer - purchasing an Infiniti from Bourne's was an easy decision. The combination of their lower prices, excellent service dept. (Mike Clark is an asset to Bourne's - he returns calls and provides an understandable explanation of work that is needed - in addition, in the past, he has been more than fair, at one point, conducting an evaluation of a vehicle that I owned and never charging me - a good guy on top of it all). Scott Phillips was the sales rep. who assisted me with finalizing the purchase of my Infiniti. Scott was extremely helpful, got me answers to questions re: the car, streamlined the purchase and vehicle registration procedures so all I had to do was show up to pick up the vehicle. I like the experience of working with Bourne's - the employees seem to work well together as they often step in for one another in seamless fashion when someone isn't available or its their day off. They also seem like hard-working people, which I respect. Lastly, there is no evident competition for customers between them (for commissions) so there isn't a cutthroat type environment which makes for a more pleasant atmosphere for the customer. For people in the market for a car, I highly recommend Bourne's without reservation. Also, for service of a vehicle, Bourne's is the place I trust. More

We needed to buy a car to replace our previous auto (purchased new). This was our first experienced bying used and were already discouraged about the financing inquiry from our bank of 30 years. Even though we had enough money with them to buy the car several times over they offered us a rate that was quite frankly, insulting. Thank goodness we had seen a vehicle on Bournes web site and test drove it. We dealt with David Olson and Shaun Sanders. Every process went smoothly, professionally and absolutely no pressure was there. EVERYTHING, absolutely EVERYTHING was taken care of from trade in, fantastic financing, to delivery of a great car!! While we waited for our vehicle to be prepared we asked every customer that waited with us if they were happy with their experience and everyone we spoke with said they are an honest bunch and would not go anywhere else. After what was a very tough begining hunting for financing and the right auto we are convinced we made the right choice, no wonder the place is so busy and amazed at how smoothly they can match folks with the right vehicle in such a pleasant easy way. More

Impecable performance, quality care and timely service is what I experienced at Bournes Auto center. From the moment I drove onto the lot until the moment I drove off in my new vehicle. I was pleased with every attention to detail and effort that was made by this outstanding crew. They were able to provide me with the exact car I was looking for without the typical "BS" you recieve from New and used Dealers. Having only been a "new car owner" this experience changed my outlook. I will never buy a new vehicle again. There website was user friendly and also aided in my search by giving me the information that i needed before walking in the front door!! I am pleased to say that I will only take my business to Bournes! You should too! More

I had heard great things about Bournes. Three members of my family bought cars there so I did have some references.
