Test driving was incredibly low pressure and we felt that they didn't want us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Once we decided to lease a CR-V, everything was quick, seamless, and painless. The whole process of trading in my old car and taking home the new one took only a couple of hours, rather than all day. We could not be happier with the service provided by Sam and Shawn.
