I had a horrible experience. Lack of care and concern. Dealership has my truck for 2 weeks. I financed my 2018 with an extended warranty which I built into my payment. I will look at options including the selling of my vehicle so I don’t have to utilize them. If I could rate less than one star I would. I will escalate this matter. Customer is always right?
