Usually never received responses from other dealers. Was told Shawn would be available when I arrived. Shawn had everything ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the Camry. Shawn is a very friendly individual and cannot do enough for you. I made the choice to buy a 2011 Camry XLE and Shawn showed me all the functions within the car as well as helping me pair up my phone to the audio system. The handover went smoothly and I was in and out with my new wheels in a short amount of time. Great work Shawn and thanks again. More

We had chatted with Shawn Lon We dropped into Toyota Town last Saturday to have a look at the new Rav 4's (we had a 2009 Rav 4 and knew it was time!). We had chatted with Shawn Longworth quickly a few weeks prior to our visit, so sought him out again to talk about our options. Shawn was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and honest and upfront with us. Within a couple of hours, we had test drove the Rav 4 and the Venza, had our existing vehicle appraised and had completed the deal for our new 2014 Venza. We walked out feeling we had been treated fairly and with honesty. We picked up our vehicle last Wednesday (Mar. 26th) and Shawn had everything ready and waiting for us, so the whole transaction was finished very quickly. We love our knew Venza, thanks Shawn! More

On my first visit he carefully explained the features of the Camry and Camry Hybrid and gave me a test drive in a Hybrid XLE. I loved it and decided that a Camry Hybrid XLE was what I wanted. After exploring a number of sources as to what a good (i.e. low but fair) price I would be willing to pay. When I went back to Shawn with that price it was accepted and I had a deal. When I picked up the car after completing the paper work Shawn sat with me in the car and explained how everything worked including setting up Bluetooth to operate with my smartphone and easily answered all my questions. I was impressed and very pleased that there was a full tank of gas in the car which hasn't always been my experience in buying a new car. The fine service was much appreciated and I would recommend Shawn and ToyotaTown to all. More
