Excellence I was in the market for a new vehicle and thought I wanted an SUV. I shopped around and by far had the best experience at ToyotaTown and with Salesperson Shawn Longworth. I had at least 3 trips back as I narrowed down my choices. Shawn went above and beyond to point out all the features and reasons why I should consider Toyota and was able to put an excellent deal together for me. He provided comparisons of the Rav4 to the other makes I was considering and provided additional data through consumer reports. The best part was he allowed me to 'deal' at my own speed, being available and supportive through the whole process. It truly was a great experience and the day I picked up my Rav4 he took the time to review all the features, answer all my questions and ensure I was comfortable with the process and what I needed to know.
