Great customer service I just leased a 2016 RAV4 and was extremely happy with the help and information provided by the Toyota Sales Rep Shawn Longworth. Not only did he go above and beyond to answer all my question, but he even came in early so that I didn't have to rearrange my work schedule to pick up my new car. Excellent Purcahse Experience My wife and I went in to test drive the Toyota Highlander and were meeting with Shawn. From the time we walked in to the time we left, we received not My wife and I went in to test drive the Toyota Highlander and were meeting with Shawn. From the time we walked in to the time we left, we received nothing but the best service from anyone we engaged with. Ultimately the test drive of the Highlander didn't work out for us but we ended up test driving a RAV4 and ultimately ended up purchasing the 2016 RAV4 XLE and Shawn even stayed past the end of his shift to ensure the purchase went smoothly while we talked with financing. Have already recommended Shawn to family who are seeking a new vehicle. More

We wanted to purchase a Rav 4, new, and started looking July 2015, finally purchased July 2016- during that year we corresponded with Shawn, stopped at the dealership many times to speak directly with him- he was always courteous, always responded in a timely manner to our email . The day we picked up the Vehicle, he took time to go over all the features and was kind enough to set up blue tooth, etc. It was a pleasure dealing with him and if the Rav4 performs as we expect it to, we may be dealing with him again in 3 years to purchase new model. As far as the Dealership, I feel they could have given us a better price for the vehicle we traded- our vehicles are serviced faithfully and we believe it was in great shape with only 115,00 km, other than the Service Engine light was on and our mechanic said the code was for an emissions leak. Exceptional experience! The selection of a new vehicle is a serious deal for me as I generally keep my vehicles for 10 years, loved my previous one which was not a Toyota and The selection of a new vehicle is a serious deal for me as I generally keep my vehicles for 10 years, loved my previous one which was not a Toyota and this one just might be my last! I did thorough research on 5 vehicles from several sources, walked in to dealers openly sharing that I was researching multiple SUVs and returned to test drive the top 3. It was a lot of work but I am thrilled with my 2016 RAV4 SE AWD. It wasn't just the vehicle that led me to make that choice. Shawn Longworth 'read' me well. I wasn't a female senior citizen to be patronized. He didn't call me dear or hon as is so often the case. He respected my knowledge, time, concerns and needs. He quickly detected the importance of integrity but also humour to me. As a result he 'heard' subtleties, knew the product well and led me to my final choice.. and we had fun while choosing an exceptional vehicle. More
