We told them the EXACT model we wanted (wasn't on their lot) and they had it brought in. Joe (the finance guy) got us a great interest rate for the loan. He made the paperwork a breeze and there was NO PRESSURE. The support from the staff to help make the process of buying our new Jeep was evident; they were on top of everything and kept the flow going. This is the first time that I've ever had a pleasant experience buying a car from start to finish. Knowing that I can call on Shawn to help me out with anything I need in the future really makes me want to bring ALL my business there. More
